2025 DAC Tournaments, Results and Standings / DAC Marlin Tournament

Hello DAC Members,
The DAC Marlin tournament runs from October 4th and 5th.
Lines in on the 4th at 05:00 am.
Lines out on the 5th at 5:00 pm.
For Marlin, this is an open line class. 150 points for a release and 1 point per pound.
Surface Swordfish is open to line classes 30 to 100.
Deep Drop class is open line class and 1 point per pound.
Adult Members/Junior Members, 1st, 2nd and 3rd place.
Adult/Junior Guest. 1st place only.
Top Boat will be awarded.
Please per-register all guest on this thread or call a DAC Board member prior to fishing.

Please see attached tournament flyer for all rules.

And Captain Jeff, checking the Apps with Pat & predicting where the fish would be, Putting out his favorite jig to get bit (& burned off, ouch).  Having 5 Captains on the boat with each filling a needed spot without really being discussed, it was effortless (seemingly).....I'd do it again...Dave

Fishing was pretty good from lower shipping lanes to A bank.
I have three weigh slips approved so far.
Please fill out weigh slips within 5 days of catch.

I think Marlin are still here. Go get them this weekend.
